Valentine's Pasta Salad

Nothing says 'date night' like the balanced tastes of a savory pasta salad! This sexy little number features an array of garden fresh ingredients, all topped with the bright, tangy flavor of our beloved Italian Dressing. This light little dish contains the brilliant flavors your taste buds crave, without leaving you feeling bloated afterwards.

Featuring our Keto Lite Italian Dressing


  • Valentine’s themed pasta of your choice
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 diced red bell pepper
  • 1 can of chopped black olives
  • 8 oz. cubed salami
  • 8 oz. pearl mozzarella
  • 7 oz. cubed Pecorino Romano
  • 1 ¼ cup of our Keto Lite Italian Dressing


1. Carefully cook your pasta while throughly following the directions on the package. If you overcook, the pasta will lose shape. 

2. Add diced red bell pepper, pint of halved grape tomatoes, can of black olives, cubed salami, and two cheeses in a large bowl or container. 

3. Carefully add in the Valentine’s themed pasta with the ingredients.

4. Pour 1 ¼ cup of our Keto Lite Italian Dressing on top of the pasta salad and gently stir.

5. Let the pasta salad sit for 2 hours in the refrigerator and then stir again when serving. Enjoy!
