Last year at the Winter Fancy Food Show, we had the pleasure of meeting a fantastic woman named Lori. From the moment we connected, it was clear that she was not only a fan of our product but also an incredible advocate for spreading happiness and deliciousness.
Lori, with her vibrant spirit and contagious energy, serves at a non-profit senior center in Oakhurst, CA. Her mission is to bring joy and nourishment to the amazing seniors in her community.
Recently, Lori decided to show her appreciation for the lovely volunteers who make senior lunches possible. What better way to say thank you than with a squirreltastic cooking class party? It was a chance for everyone to come together, learn some new culinary tricks, and most importantly, have a whole lot of fun!
To make the celebration extra special, each volunteer was gifted one of our beloved wooden spoons. These squirreltastic utensils added a touch of whimsy and charm to the event, making everyone smile from ear to ear. But the excitement didn't stop there.
Lori introduced our incredible Keto Lemongrass Dressing and Keto BBQ Sauce to the mix. The volunteers eagerly embraced these flavorsome delights and got creative in the kitchen. With all hands on deck, they embarked on a culinary adventure that would tantalize their taste buds and create lasting memories.
The zucchinis were sliced into vibrant yellow and green ribbons, topped with a drizzle of the zesty Keto Lemongrass Dressing. Fresh mint, grated parmesan cheese, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper added the finishing touches. Can you imagine the burst of flavors dancing on their tongues?
But that's not all! The Keto BBQ Sauce became the star of the show when paired with succulent pork loin and creamy polenta. The combination of smoky, tangy, and sweet flavors was nothing short of mouthwatering. Just thinking about it makes our stomachs growl with delight!
