  • A piece of Steak cut Cod
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • 4 pieces green onions
  • 1/3 cup Hungry Squirrel Keto Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soysauce/liquid seasoning
  • 1 clove of Garlic
  • 1/3 cup of water
  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable oil

You can easily swap out cod for salmon or any other white fish, or any other fish that piques your curiosity—whatever floats your boat!

Want to know if your fish is ready to rock 'n' roll? Take a fun little fork adventure! Just give that fillet a gentle poke in the middle, and if it breaks apart like a flaky disco dancer, it's done and ready to party on your plate! But if it's still playing hard to get, just show it who's boss by giving it an extra 1-2 minutes in the cooking spotlight. Time to turn up the heat and bring out the culinary moves!

  1. Prepare the steamer pot and boil some water.

  2. Thinly slice the green onions and ginger.

  3. Place the cod fish in the steamer and top it with green onions and ginger.

  4. Let it steam for about 25 minutes. Make the sauce by mixing the teriyaki sauce, water, minced garlic, soysauce and let it simmer for 2 minutes.Set aside.

  5. Heat up some vegetable oil til it's hot.

  6. Remove the green onions and top some new ones.

  7. Pour the sauce and hot oil. Serve with some steamy hot rice!
